RETURNS
Your pet’s comfort, happiness and style are our top priorities. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns on eligible items within 14 days. Once we receive and review the returned items, we will notify you of its approval or denial via email and we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 2-7 business days for us to process your return and for the refund to appear on your statement.
RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your purchase must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition - unworn and undamaged, with order confirmation included. All return items will be reviewed before approval for a refund.
US : A flat $6.99 return shipping fee applies to mailed returns.
Canada : Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
SALE ITEM EXCEPTIONS
Items purchased on clearance, final sale or gift cards are not eligible for returns but may be exchanged for a different size only.
EXCHANGE
We are happy to exchange your purchase for the same style in a different size and/or color. However, we cannot exchange it for a different item. In that case you would need to complete the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
