How can I choose the right size for my pup?

Please refer to our Size Guide that is available on each product page. Here you can find information on how to measure your pup, along with size charts and dog breed recommendations. We have also added each model’s size and breed in the product page. For any further size and fit inquiries, please reach out to us.

What do I do if my dog is in between sizes?

We recommend sizing up. If you are not sure on the fit you are going for, order both sizes to see if you prefer a more fitted or oversized look on your pup.

When will my order be shipped?

We process your order within 1-3 business days. Once shipped you can track your order. Our standard shipping times with UPS are: ?


What are your shipping rates?

We offer free standard shipping over $60. Our flat rate shipping fee is $5.99
You can choose different shipping options during checkout and the charges will be calculated for you depending on your address.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, we will try our best to accommodate if your order has not yet been processed and released for shipping.


Can I add a discount code after my order has been submitted?

Please use your discount codes during checkout before placing an order. Once your order has been placed, a discount code cannot be applied.

Can discount codes be combined?

Discount codes cannot be combined, you can use only one discount code per order.

How can I find my tracking number/ order number?

Once your order has been released for shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Once your order has been received, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. If you have an account with us, you can also find your order information there.

What’s your return policy?

Your purchase must be returned within 14 days of delivery. In order to be eligible for a return the purchased item(s) must be in the same condition they were received. Unworn, undamaged, with original packaging and receipt/order confirmation included. Your item(s) will be inspected/reviewed before they are approved for a refund.

What if I want to return an item that falls outside of the return policy?

If you have missed the return timeline, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate you. If we approve your item(s), you will be refunded in the form of store credit.

How fast can I expect my refund?

Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be approved and processed. Once complete on our end, check with your bank for when the funds will be available.

What items are non-refundable?

Items that have been purchased on clearance, final sale, and discount codes may not be returned or exchanged.

How do I make a return or exchange?

To start a return, please contact us at and fill out the questionnaire. Once we receive your return request, we will inspect it and either approve or deny the return. If your return is approved for a refund, we will notify you by email and we’ll send you a shipping label with instructions on how to process your return.
We are happy to exchange your purchase for the same style in a different size and/or color. However, we cannot exchange your purchase for a different item, in that case you would have to start a return process and then purchase the desired item.
